I can't change my country in my profile

I've moved from the UK to Canada, and I would like to join my fiancee's spotify family account. When I try to do this, Spotify won't allow me as my country is UK, but the family address is in Canada. When I go to my profile, I cannot change my region, it is greyed out. How do I change this to show I am now in Canada?

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community.

If you have a Premium subscription, you'd need to update your payment method to one that is issued in Canada to be able to change the country. Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription and wait until the account reverts to Free to update the country with these steps:

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click EDIT PROFILE.
3. Scroll down to Country or region and select your new one from the dropdown list.
   Note: Your new country or region only shows when you’re actually there.
4. Click SAVE PROFILE.
