I can't change my email despite following the steps that have been given

I can't change my email despite following the steps that have been given

I had been using my university email for Spotify while I had the student subscription. I am no longer a student at that university and have lost access to it, so when Hulu sends a verification code to it, I cannot confirm. I need to change my email but keep getting a notification that it will not change it at this time.

Hello everything is fine? Welcome to the Spotify Community, it's great to have you here.

 

I recommend that you follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Click EDIT PROFILE.
  3. Under Email, enter your new email address.
  4. Confirm your password.
  5. Click SAVE PROFILE.

 

If it doesn't work, send me screenshots of your screen so I can continue helping you and we can resolve this issue!

Okay, in view of this, I recommend that you try these steps to see if the issue persists:

Does the same thing happen when you try to connect to a different internet network or a different device, or even in another browser?

Also check if the VPN, if you use it, is turned off, as it may also be the cause of the issue.
