I can't log in or reset my password.

I cannot connect to my personal account or my Spotify for Artists account. I purchased a new computer and saved passwords did not carry over. And I can't remember my passwords. I have tried every e-mail I have and have not cancelled any e-mails. I have checked spam. And I have tried a username copied directly from an old e-mail from Spotify rather than an e-mail. I never receive an e-mail from Spotify to reset my password. I inadvertently opened a new account through Facebook. But that doesn't allow me to connect to my Spotify for Artists page.

I am also experiencing this problem except im 99% sure I have the right password. I also know which exact email I have my account linked with because I've received password reset and wrapped emails before. Been trying to log in for the past three days with no luck.

I have a positive update! I contacted spotify and spoke to an agent. Basically spotify was suspicious of my account for downloading playlists from spotify to somewhere else for some reason. The agent was able to lift off my account restriction after I verbally confirmed that I will not go against spotify rules. I now have access to my account! So you should try to contact them in case ur account was wrongly accused too.

Koleen, could you tell me how you contacted Spotify? I have been looking for a way to do so, but I have not been able to find a way to actually contact them. Everything just re-routes me back to a FAQ or article. I am probably missing something obvious.
