I manage my account through a windows laptop.  But I listen to spotify through my apple ipad.

Operating System

Windows 11.

My Question or Issue

I have a premium duo account (I have not set up an additional user) and I want to revert back to a single premium account.  In order to do this, I understand that I need to cancel my current plan and then re-set up a single premium account.

In order to do this, I need to be able to use the "manage my account" feature within my account.  However, when I click on this - I just get a blank page.  Can you help please?

In that case, I recommend giving it a try through another device and/or in another browser. You can also try it in an incognito window
