I can't pay Premium from México

I'm from México and I can't pay Spotify Premium with my debit card (Santander). I've already paid Premium before with my bank account, but everytime I had to repay it the charge wasn't automatic so I had to enter my account and do it manually. That wasn't a big deal, but since two months from now my Spotify account doesn't accept my debit card. I called to my bank and they told me there is no problem with my account, since I've used it for international charges before, including Spotify. So, is my bank (Santander) banned from Spotify? or, do you have a new policy of credit card only?

Is that card registered in Mexico?

Yes, the card is registred in Mexico as well as my Spotify account. I used to pay my Spotify account with this card.
