I can't play music anywhere... on web, desktop or mobile

I can't play music anywhere... on web, desktop or mobile... i could play my downloads but now that ive reinstalled the desktop app those arent available either...

ive got premium and music just stopped suddenly & now i cant play anything... ive tried changing proxy things... updating, reinstalling even web, desktoop & mobile... everywhere the problem is the same...

UPDATE: my spotify is backk!!! lets gooooo!!! web,desktop,mobile are all working now!! (for me at least)

also there is now a known issue about this effecting users in Asia - https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Downtime-September-27th-Playback-issues-for-users-in...

It's the same for me right now, can't even click on a song or album and have it play. Happening in android app, windows app and in the web app. My profile picture is also greyed out, but my internet is fine.

Facing the same issue. Tried deleting and reinstalling but didn't work. Logging out and logging in isn't working either. Tried logging in through my brother's android phone and still faced the same issue.

i've got the same issue. all my songs were only playing up to 5s on both macbook m3 pro and iphone 15 pro. i deleted the app from my iphone and redownloaded and now none of my playlists will load. phone app will play nothing now and macbook app still only plays up to 5s. i have restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded twice, logged in and out twice, nothing has changed. please let me know if a solution is found.

My account can't play songs, it's stuck, please help me.

I tried reinstalling the app but it still can't play music.

My friend's phone can listen to music normally, but when I try to log in to another device, I can't listen either.

i think spotify's server is down according to twitter. we probably need to wait it out

Same in Tokyo. So irritating. What do I paying for???

UPDATE: so ive tried everything and got my web player working... but both the desktop & mobile apps arent working for me...

ive tried
on windows - reinstalling, checking host files, manually deleting appdata folders...
on android - clearing cache/data, reinstalling

 so far nothing has worked for me and my profile pic,username has been changed back to default as well

if its a problem with the servers... how come my web app is working??
+ik its not a prob with my devices/network cuz other ppl are having issues as well & i can use the web app rn
