I cancelled in March 2016 but I'm still being charged

Hi,

I cancelled my spotify premium subscription in March 2016 (from the spotify windows 7 desktop software) and have not used it since but I just noticed I'm still being charged.

Does anyone know how I can get a refund?

Hey @philanyware,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

Thanks Maxim but I never got an email. I guess the only "proof" I have is the message I saw on the screen that said it was cancelled. I found an email to contact support and they want evidence of the cancellation even though I haven't logged in to the service since March 2016.
