My Question or Issue

I have had a spotify account free of charge from my employer and now that i quit i want to start using my old account again. I can find my old playlists from that account and can see the profile but i cant log on and it wont send me a new password by e-mail(yes i know its the correct e-mail adress since i have only had this one) when im trying to recover...

What is also a bit funny is that i cant search for the account i the searchbar...

In need of help, any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out in the Community. I can also see the account when I look for it in the app. You mention that you're not able to reset your password and you're sure that's the only email address you might have used to create the account, so then it's possible that the account itself has been disabled for some reason. In that case we'd recommend reaching out to our support folks who deal with account changes and who'd be able to help you further.
