hey everyone,

sorry, everyone here will know this except me, but... 1) anything concerning privacy settings seems to be missing.  i can't even find this keyword in the faq. i do understand that spotify is very much about sharing and showing, but what do i do if i want my playlist to be just for me? and 2), related to this, how do i change the bit where it says ".. listens to:"  next to my name? i don't really listen to the bands that are listed there, i just checked out some songs once. i'm sure there is a very obvious button or something that i'm missing (although i'm not a total idiot, so maybe it needs to be even more obvious?)

i'm using the german spotify version, and under the german equivalent for "edit", which would be the most obvious choice, i can only edit my basic profile information. there are no privacy settings. help? is it just too late in the day? are my eyes just too small?

You'll find some privacy settings inside the 'Preferences' menu in your Spotify. Also, to make playlists private, just right click on the title and 'Make Secret'.
