I get Billed for a 3 month Premium suscription and still with spotify Free

I get Billed for a 3 month Premium suscription and still with spotify Free

I got charged to my bank account and still with Free service.

Hi, I follow the guide but the problem pesist, even in the web version.

If you go to your Account page (https://www.spotify.com/is/account/overview/), does it say you are Spotify Premium or Spotify Free?

Says Spotify Free

Does the username in the email receipt you received after purchasing Premium match the username you are using for Spotify? If it is a 10 digit number in the receipt then it is linked to a Facebook account.
