I got two accounts? HELP! ;-)

Hi,

I asked for help yesterday but I have not got a answear yet. Im a premium subscriber and im not able to listen to music now beacuse spotify created a new acount for me!(?). Im not able to log into my old one.

My "old" one uses the username knasigt

Please give me advise on how to fix this.

Can you not log into the desktop client using your username "knasigt" and your Spotify password?

I don´t have acces to a desktop version av spotify. I use my mobile devices as primary. And I don´t get a mail from spotify when I try to reset password.

by the way. I also asked for help by contacting Spotify directly. My casenr is: 00677221
