I had a gift card and wrote the code but did not change to premium

I got a gift card and wrote the code, chose premium, but nothing happened. Got 'receipt'. But it still stands that I have spotify free .. What can / should I do?

What does it show under Subscription Status on this page? Also what does it show as your username there and on your receipt?

On the receipt, it is not my username but only 'username / id' then lots of numbers

Can you try logging out then back in with your facebook-registered email address and password.
