I have a Premium account but Spotify says I need to upgrade

Why my Spotify premium account has been removed? Because I had premium before and today an add asked me to upgrade to premium.

It looks like you have a second account. Please click on the link bellow and double check if the information matches with your Premium account credentials.

Hi!

I don't have a second account. But I guess I found the solution. In my bank
account I saw that the last bill isn't paid. But can Spotify put you back
from Premium-Family to Free?
