I have another issue with my account that needs to be settled

I have another issue with my account that needs to be settled

I opened a free account with my cell phone and a credit card. My daughter gave me a one year gift card and I set that up on my desk top computer. Somehow 2 accounts were entered on my name. I texted with Angela D last week and she cancelled my credit card acct. The problem is that I no longer have Spotify premium on my cell phone. How do we get it back on my cell phone? I do not listen to it at home, almost totally in my car.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It sounds like you have two accounts and you're logged into one on your computer and the other on your phone. In this case, I recommend logging out of the Spotify app on your phone and then logging back in using the same login credentials you've used on your computer. 🙂
