I just signed up for the free trial but you charged me $14.99?

I just signed up for the free trial but you charged me $14.99?

Please explain how this works, and if i am able to recieve a credit back..

Hello @troymeyer, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

It seems that you subscribed to the Family Plan. Unfortunately, the Premium trial can't be redeemed if you subscribe to the Family Plan.

I 100% didn't sign up to the family plan. When I clicked start free trial
it still prompted me to enter CC details but never said I'd be charged..

Yes that's what I think also. Is there anyway you can get me in touch with
me to sort this issue out? I don't appreciate paying for something that
