I need help again with my subscription

I need help again with my subscription

I had this issue a month ago as well and it started working after a while but my current issue is very weird.

 

I bought Premium two days ago (on the 24th) and it has worked fine until this morning when it suddenly pushed me back to Free. On the Overview it says I'm Free and I have no receipt of my payment under my Subscriptions but on my bank it says that you have taken money but the money is Reserved

It seems you signed up for Unlimited in April, which you then converted into Premium on the 24th May, but that was at the end of the Unlimited time so there was, in effect, no subscription time to convert to Premium.

 

Everything should be good if you resubscribe, but you'll need to check your bank account has funds and the credit card is okay.
