I need to submit a new credit card for my spotify account

I can't log in as I don't recall my user name/pw because I use from my phone so never really need this info. I have submitted my email address several times to get this info but have not received it. I can't submit new payment info without it obviously.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

If you can't get access to your account to update your payment details, then you will need to open a support case with the Spotify team using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
