I paid for a podcast and still don’t have access to it. How do I fix this?

I paid for a podcast and still don’t have access to it. How do I fix this?

I was charged $25 to my card and still do not have access to the podcast. How can I get a refund and have granted access to this podcast that I paid for?

I have the Premium family plan, in the UK.

One of the users on the plan has paid for a podcast but these are not showing as available to watch on her account. 

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?
