I paid subscription fee for unlimited but my sportify still shows i have to update it

I paid subscription fee for unlimited but my sportify still shows i have to update it

I have paid subscription fee for unlimited but my sportify still shows that I have to update it because I have ran out 10 hours limit.

and I cannot access to the songs on my playlist and all.


My account infromation states that I am an active unlimited subscriber. Why is it no working yet?

Hey Reikaig, thanks for posting. We've just checked your account and our system seems to think you haven't logged in since upgrading. Try logging out and back in with your usual details and that should do the trick.
