signed up to premium with 30 day trial, but still saying i need to upgrade

signed up to premium with 30 day trial, but still saying i need to upgrade

I signed up to premium with 30 day trial, but still saying i need to upgrade on my desktop spotify and on my iphone. but when signing into my account it says I have premium.

I have reinstalled the program and signed in/out but this hasnt worked

is there anything else i should be doing?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Sometimes there can be a slight delay between your account going premium and it being updated so your devices can recognise and use it. From the number of posts currently on the community about this it appears it might be taking longer than normal today!

 

Hang tight, it should sort itself out.
