I pay for Spotify Unlimited subscription, but I've started getting ads on my account.

Good Afternoon,

I recently needed to update my credit card on my account, and Spotify corrected my account to reflect that I subscribe to the Unlimited verison for which I pay 4.99/month. My account indicates that I should not be receiving ads. Please check my subscription and change it so I no longer receive these loud obnoxious ads.

What device are you listening on? 

Spotify Unlimited only removes advertising in the desktop and web player, so if you are using a tablet or mobile device you will still receive advertising.
