I've been charged yet the downloads never started.

I've been charged yet the downloads never started.

I wanted to purchase today 5 songsso I clicked on the purchase arrow , 

then the purchase window popped out telling me thatI had to purchase 5 downloads to get the songswhich I did.

 I got the message that my purchase had been successful but thenthe purchase window closed and nothing happenedNo download starting whatsoever.
Thinking the purchase had failedI started it all againclicked on the arrow againwindow popping out again,

 still telling me that I had 0 downloadstherefore I had to purchase downloads to get the songs...

 I did it all again and againnothinghappened after the purchase.
Thinking it was an error due to the fact I was trying to purchase 5 songs at a timeI tried again,

 by trying to purchase and download one songto no avail.
I then logged out and in againretried againand there was still no traces of my attempts to purchase and download the songs.

At this point I was still assuming none of my purchase had gone throughsince there was no trace of them on my account data 

and no downloads of the songs had ever started.
But then I checked my e-mailsand found out I had been charged for all these transactions

and yet unable to download any ofthe songs I had purchased ! And when I try to start the process againit still tells me that I have 0 downloads to use !  

 

 

If it's any help, here are the order IDs:  83946502016 ,  83946702012 ,  83946855018 and  83949967018

UPDATE:

Ok it appears that my purchases had not been lost after all.
I have just been able to download the songs I wanted to whithout being charged again, so I assume the system used the downloads my account had been charged for yesterday.

But I still end up with more purchases than I wanted to though, since I attempted  several times to purchase and download the same songs yesterday...

Glad to hear they've come through now.

 

To sort out the additional purchases just drop us a line through our contact form and the payments team will sort it out. It's important that the extra download bundles aren't used though, as we can't refund partially-used bundles.
