I’ve cancelled my subscription but I’m still getting charged

I’ve cancelled my subscription but I’m still getting charged

I cancelled my subscription 2 months ago and I’ve been charged a further 2 more times since then

Hi there, and welcome to the Community 🙂

 

That’s odd! If you’ve already cancelled your subscription, you shouldn’t be charged. 

 

My first suggestion is that double-check the cancellation by logging in to your Spotify account and going to Account Settings. Then check your Plan to confirm if the subscription is indeed canceled. 

 

If it is, you should check for other Spotify accounts. If you have multiple email addresses, one of them might be tied to another active Spotify subscription. Try logging in using each of them.
