I've lost my account

I've recently lost access to my email linked to my Spotify account and have for some reason been logged out and I don't know my password, I'm only logged into the account on my Ps5 PSN account and I'm unsure of what to do as I can't figure out how to recover my account or if I even can. I'm honestly clueless and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I honestly have no idea why this happens, I've lost 2 accounts to this, and I can't log back into either one of them. (Despite having the Username, Password, and Email to both accounts)
