Hi there, and thanks for reaching out.

 

If you've paid for Spotify Premium but don't have access to your account, several issues could be causing this. 

 

My first guess is that you might be trying to log in with the wrong credentials or a different account than the one upgraded to Premium. To see if that's the case:
1. Use Spotify's password reset tool to reset your password.
2. Check all email addresses you own for receipts or Spotify emails to identify the account with Premium.

 

You can also verify your Payment and Subscription status. Your payment might not have been processed successfully, or your subscription might not have been applied to the correct account:

1. Check your bank or payment statement to confirm the payment was processed.
2. Log in to your Spotify account at Spotify Account Overview  to verify the subscription status.
