I want to change my country but the Dropdown list is greyed out.

I use gift cards for payment so the payment method doesn’t work for me.

To change your country, you must be in the new country and allow your device to have access to your location. Once the browser has access to it, the new country should appear on the dropdown menu. If you are facing issues with it, consider using another device or even using the incognito mode of your preferred browser to avoid any cache issues.
