[ISSUE][Major] Password automatically used as profil during creation

Steps :

1. generate password using keepassXD with those option : 'A-Z' / 'a-z' / '0-9' / ' .,:;' / '\|/_-' / 'extended ASCII' with 45 characters
2. create a new account on spotify :
* indicate an outlook email address
* copy-paste the password in the password fill
* choose date of birth and sex
3. connect using this new account and check the autonatically generated profil username (the one people see, not the unique one)
4. [MAJOR ISSUE] the profil username is equal to the previously setup password and is public for everyone to see

Expected behavior :
Setup a username at creation OR give a randomly generated profil name

Current behavior :
Use the complex password as the profil name.

Might be due to extended ASCII usage

Due to me beeing stupid, I didnt realize the box after the password creation WAS the username creation.
I realized my mistake after trying to reproduce the error and check if it was systematic.

It is frequent that sites asks for password confirmation and I created my account to fast > Didnt notice the second box wasnt the password confirmation step but the username creation.

NVM I realised after trying to reproduce the error (to see if it was systematic) that the box "password confirmation" under "password creation" wasnt in fact 'Password confirmation" but 'username creation" > I made a mistake by creating an account too fast and relying on habits > usually website asks for password confirmation uppon creation and I assume the box under password creation was falling in that category
