Invited to Spotify Brazil, how to use the same account?

Invited to Spotify Brazil, how to use the same account?

Hello guys.

 

I just received the invite to Spotify Brazil.

While trying to get the access through the form, it says that my email is already taken.

 

How can i use the same account to use the invitation code?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend you a hand to get you up and running. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Already did that, the page is actually in portuguese but the email is replied in English, guess things will get mess up.

I replied the email (in english this time), still waiting for a reply.
