It doesn't recognize my username / No reconoce mi usuario

I recovered my username from the Android cache following the guide, but when I want to recover my password it says that there is no email associated with that user, I even just purchased the 3-month free promotion for Samsung,I leave my username for what it's worth: 31rtty23g7uogd74usf7hydiovwq

 

Recuperé mi usuario desde la cache de Android siguiendo la guía, pero cuando quiero recuperar mi contraseña dice que no hay un correo asociado a ese usuario, incluso acabo de adquirir la promocion de 3 meses gratis para Samsung, dejo mi usuario por si sirve de algo: 31rtty23g7uogd74usf7hydiovwq

Hey @Pavitratma, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try resetting your password here? It is preferred if you enter your email address in the password reset box and see if that makes a difference as well. 

 

If that doesn't help, attach a screenshot of what happens when you try to reset your password, and what happens when you try to log in to your account here and I will take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

Thanks for the answer, I attach the screen with the error that it shows when trying to reset, the email that I use for all my records when trying to enter it tells me that it does not have any assigned user, and through the phone number it does not accept it for that I resorted to getting the user from the Android cache.

 

Gracias por la respuesta, adjunto la pantalla con el error que muestra al intentar resetear, el correo que uso para todos mis registros al intentar meterlo me dice que no tiene ningun usuario asignado, y por medio del numero de telefono tampoco me lo acepta por eso recurri a obtener el usuario por el cache de Android.
