Limit isn't reached

When I log in it says that I've reached my 10 h limit this month, which I haven't. The last of April it said that I had like 15 min left, but then I thought it would start over again yesterday, but it didn't. Does anyone know why, or if there's something wrong with my account? Or where to e-mail?

Hi Sholeh & Helene- The time limits on your free accounts are done on a weekly basis. While I can't say exactly what day of the week it starts and stops for either of your accounts, it won't necessarily start over at the end of the month. 

You are given a total of 10 hours per month which is divided into 2.5 hours per week. Once this week has finished for your account, you'll be able to listen to another 2.5 hours.

I reached my 10 hour limit 11th April. And I have gotten 1 - 2 hours now and then, but I still don't have my 10 hours back for May month.
So my real question is, when will I be able to listen to 10 hours of music again?

Hi kaffe- I've just moved your post to this more relevant thread. 

I've explained the 10 hour cap a bit more above. Essentially you are given 10 hours per month which is divided into 2.5 hours per week. At the end of the week you'll get another 2.5 hours of listening.
