Logged into premium on iPhone but not on computer

I set my premium account up and am getting charged monthly. But, when I use my computer app for Spotify it says I'm on the free version and I get all the annoying adds. I get the paid version on my iphone though. They both connect to the same facebook page, so I'm not sure if they are 2 seperate accounts or if I set it up wrong.

Anyone know how to help?

I tried to sign in to the premuim account on the computer app and it asked for my code and I don't have one.
