Hi, the card we pay for spotify with had to be cancelled and since we logged the new card details, we cannot get onto spotify premium or access playlists from mobile devices etc

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

First thing to check is your subscription is still active on your online overview

If it says free, you need to resubscribe. Otherwise if it says premium you should be good to go! 

 

If you are having issues getting your premium recognised on your devices, I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post.
