Login to Spotify Ad Analytics

Hi Spotify Community. I'm trying to log into ad analytics through my business Spotify account. (I'm using my personal account to post). Here is an overview of my troubleshooting:

1. Tried to log in with my usual email and password - response was that username/password is incorrect.
2. Tried to reset password - stated that username/email is not registered.
3. Tried to sign up - stated that username/email is already connected to an existing account.
4. Tried to sign in through Google account - stated that Spotify account is not connected through Google account.
5. Tried to sign up through Google account - stated that email was already connected.

I'm going around in a circle. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out.

The account for the Ad Analytics page is also just a regular Spotify account, so you should try using your account's login details for logging in.

If you've created an entirely separate Spotify account for it, you'll need to use the login details of that account.
