Long distance family

My spouse lives in another country while we sit for visa approval. We do everything together and try to cut cost on social app subscriptions as best we can. 

we have family plans on many things like Netflix  Disney plus etc but with these music apps they make it so hard to use with family. 

they always say we need to live under the same roof to use the duo plans and it's truly assumptive. You all need to change this because not every spouse live together YET. Some spouses are away on duty , on travel temporary, or waiting to move like me. 

I think this is a topic worth discussing

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, all Premium Duo/Family plan members must reside at the same address as the plan manager. While it's certainly possible to travel while part of the plan, the plan can only be joined while they are actually at the same address as you.
