Lost account from accidental disconnection from FB

I have a spotify account which is made using my facebook, but just now, I created a new spotify account using my email. I then logged into the new account and connected that to my facebook one so that I could see my friends' playlists and once I was done, I disconnected it to facebook and tried logging into spotify on my old account (the one created using facebook.) But it seems that I've now disconnected from that account as well so it's now inaccessible and there is no way for me to get back into the account. I have so many songs and playlists on there that I want back. Please help!
