Lost all music and premium

Lost all music and premium

Hey there!

So last night I broke my phone. I had almost 1000 saved songs, downloaded playlists and premium. 

 

I just downloaded spotify on a new phone and it has lost everything except about 30 songs that I got when I first opened my account 2 years ago. It has also deleted my premium subscription. (Which is a family one) 

 

Am I able to get my music back? If not, can I at least get my premium without having to repay?!

Hello @ANIhackett,

 

It sounds like you logged into a different account. Spotify has your account saved over the cloud. Make sure you try both with your email and username because they could be associated with different accounts. Hope this helps. If you still have a problem just message back.
