Lost all my spotify lists when i changed to premium

Lost all my spotify lists when i changed to premium

Hi, I just lost all my playlists at spotify. I just got spotify premium (had free) And now, all my lists are gone! Please help !! 😞

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

It sounds like you have accidentally created a new account when you have subscribed, hence why your playlists are missing. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
