Lost premium access

Lost premium access

I have lost access to premium services even though payment went out of my account yesterday. I only registered a couple of months ago, I am sure I registered using Facebook details and if I ever had a spotify username I don't remember it. I'm extremely unhappy that I have paid for a service I can no longer receive, and I can't contact spotify to complain. I have no faith they will respond to my contact form. Help!

Hi Greg,

 

same here. Account has been set to 'normal' and Premium access has been lost, though payments have been deducted automatically, like have been for the last months. Pls contact me to sort this out.

@aohler - If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form a member of the support team will be able to lend a hand to get you back up and running. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

i have the premium acount since 2012. Last Sunday i lost my premium mempership 1127348180, i don´t now way ? I didn´t denounced the acount. My last bank transfer was Thursday, so what´s happend ? Can You help me please

There have been issues with Spotify payments via Sofortdauerauftrag over recent weeks. You too will need to get in touch as outlined above and the payments guys will be able to lend a hand.
