Manual password reset needed. No reset mail recieved.

Manual password reset needed. No reset mail recieved.

Need password reset. I don't recieve any email even though it says i should.

Have sent mail to support and recieved case ID back: 00716441. Have replied to the no-reply message.

If you have replied to the automated email then someone should get back to you normally within 24 hours so keep an eye on your inbox 😉
