Me cobraron 10 pesos más sin devolver al contratar un plan familiar

En la madrugada contraté un plan familiar y para esto me retiraron 10 pesos de mi cuenta para validar, luego cobraron el precio del plan, pero los 10 no fueron devueltos

I hope you don't mind if I answer in English.

 

My first suggestion is that you check your bank app to see if the payment is marked as 'pending' on the bank statement. If it is, it might not have gone through successfully. When you submit a payment, your bank puts the funds aside as ‘pending’. If the payment fails, the pending status will expire and the funds will be returned to you.

 

- Payments through a partner

If your plan is with a partner company (e.g. your phone or internet provider), they manage your payments. You'll need to speak to them about anything payment related.

To check who your provider is, or to reach out to them directly:

  1. Go to your Account overview page.
  2. Scroll down to Your plan.
  3. Click the contact link under Payment.
