Merging two accounts

Hi there,

 

I have one account with all my playlists, followers, premium version etc, but this account is not connected to facebook so I can't see my friends and such. The other account is activated through Facebook but has no playlists, no followers and is just a regular account. I want to transfer all the stuff from my "Non-facebook" account to my Facebook-account so I can the Live Feed and more from my friends and make them find me easier. Is this possible?

 

TLDR; I got one facebook-account and one normal account on Spotify, how can I merge them? One has premium and playlists etc. while the other one is completely empty.

Have you tried to contact to customer support? I think that, for you request, its better idea to get a direct communication instead via this forum.

 

You can reach them in this link: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support.

 

A way to get in touch with them is following this "path", selecting this options:  "Account" --> "Facebook created account" --> "I want to use Spotify without Facebook" --> and, there's a part where it says "Contact Us" (its an hyperlink) and there you can send your request. If, for any reason that link dont work, there's a big blue/violet "I Still Need Help" button, there you also can send your request.

 

Be aware that an email will be sent to you automatically (sometimes it can be sent to SPAM folder, so you may need to check there, just to be safe) and even if it is a "No Reply" email, you MUST to reply to that email in order to establish communication with someone of Spotify support.

My plan was originally to contact Spotify Customer Support directly, but no matter what I clicked on I got redirected to this forum. I followed your steps and the mail has been sent!
