My Question or Issue

I have an account with my email and a different account with my Facebook account, but that was a mistake, I want them to be just ONE account: the Facebook account with my email linked. How can I do?

Hey @leonardobarbuy,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

If you have an additional account created by mistake that you don't use, and you have access to it, the best option is deleting the secondary account by following the steps mentioned in this article. We'd recommend making sure you're logged in with the secondary account (by checking the profile name in the upper-right corner of the page) before starting the process to avoid deleting the wrong one.

If you have content of the secondary profile that you want to keep on the primary one, we'd also suggest following the steps mentioned in this FAQ before deleting it.

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, the Community will be here for you.

Thank you, @OscarDC.

I have already deleted the account that I don't need. I understood that now I have to wait 2 weeks until I can use again the same email for the currently active account.

Can you validate that information?

If that's it I can wait.

Thank you very much,

Leonardo

Hey there @leonardobarbuy,

Thanks for the post.

I just want to clarify that it will take from 14 to 30 days for the email to be cleared and freed up. In most cases, this happens quickly, but depending on different factors, it might take up to 30 days.

Hope this info helps
