Moved - can't change country - moving back soon

Hey there, I recently moved to Poland from UK, as I'm having a year abroad at uni here. I can't change my country to open up Spotify (I can't log in at all, even to listen my own tracks on my laptop). I'm moving back next year and I wanted to know whether I could just temporarily change my country to Poland right now, so I can listen to my tracks, and then change back? 
I would do this myself, but it isn't letting me change my country on my Spotify profile.
Please help!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

Spotify is not currently available in Poland, so you will loose access after 14 days being abroad on the free service. 

If you have a UK payment method you can use it to subscribe to unlimited or premium which will allow you to use your account anywhere in the world.
