Moving from one family member to another

I have a family account, my daughter has one of the accounts attached to it. I'm going to close my family account down and become a free account, her mother will be setting up a new family account. If daughter's mother sets up her family premium before I drop down to free, can she invite my daughter across to join her instar so that my daughter has no loss of plays lists and has continuous use of premium benefits?
