Music Not Playing

I am using the web browser and when I click a song, it does not start to play.  If I log out of my account and switch to a different one, without changing anything, it works no problem.  Neither account uses premium.

Does this happen if you clear your browser's cache/cookies?

Also, does using a different browser/incognito window help?

 

If not, are you able to play songs on that account, on another device or the Spotify app?

Yes, it happens after clearing the cache and on a different browser.  I just downloaded the app on my phone and it works no problem.

The issue is still not fixed in the browser, however.
