Can anyone suggest a way to get music playing and/or contact an actual person w a ph # @ Spotify?

Can you tell us a little more about your issue here? Are you seeing any error messages when trying to play tracks? What sort of device are you using?

I got no error message. I am using an iPhone and have had no problems prior to this.

What happens when you try and play a track? Does the application crash, or does it go through to the "Now Playing" screen (but without music)?

The play screen comes up and nothing happens.
