My 2023 Wrapped Playlist was removed. How do I recover it?

My 2023 Wrapped Playlist was removed. How do I recover it?

When I clicked the playlist, all of my songs disappeared and when I hit back, my playlist disappeared.

Hey @Teajjaay, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you try to recover this playlist here? If you do not see the playlist there, can you let me know what results you see when you type in something like "wrapped 2024"? You can also send me a screenshot of what you see, making sure you hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Looking out for your reply!

Hi Billy-J,

I have the some problem, and the list has not been deleted yet. This is a global error as far as I'm concerned. Could you help me fix this?

Hey @dokhoa060194,

Thanks for your reply! You should be able to access older versions of Your Top Songs by typing spotify:app:genre:2023 (replace with the year you are looking for) into the search bar. This is the only workaround there is in regard to finding past Wrapped information.

I hope this helps — let me know if you have any further questions!

Hi Billy,

It still doesn't work. It shows other people's Wrapped, not mine. It's not in the removed playlist part either.

I have done a Google search and this has happened with other users around the world. Spotify team said they have fixed it in post, but still the problem persists.
