My Account is being charged 4 days early...

Hello, I was not planning on paying a subscription for Spotifty. I was charged $9.99 on my chase debit card, and it has forced to overdraw my account.

Please repsond ASAP, because I am not paying for the $10, + the $30 you're making me owe to the bank.

Weird, what does your subscription status on your online overview say?

Spotify don't deal with any billing issues here on the community, so you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can take it from there. 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
