My Question or Issue

The language set on my profile is English, but the emails I receive are in Zulu.

Please correct the language of my communications to English.

Thanks for reaching out.

I recommend double-checking if you have the right language set within the app on all of your devices. In addition to that, you should also double-check your account's country setting.

Keep in mind that language of the emails that Spotify sends is mainly based on your account’s country and Spotify is unable to manually change this at the moment. I can get your feedback passed onto the right team, though. 🙂
