My Spotify App has disappeared

I've had a Spotify account for 2 years. I just updated my software on my phone from sisters computer. I don't have access to her computer. Is there a way to get my account back? . Any suggestions??

Have you tried pointing the internet browser on your mobile to m.spotify.com?  You could also try re-downloading the application from your app store on the mobile?
